"The true pleasure of being primarily a collage artist is that it has infinite possibilities. This medium encourages me to experiment with any kind of material. Finding the discarded and used up detritus that is all around us allows me to bring it into my studio and through the process of simply showing up for work I can give it a new life. I try and bring order and structure and beauty into the most mundane things. Everything and anything can find its way into my work."
-Mitzi Trachtenberg
